Red Icon Socks

The partnership with Red begun in 2010, when the new-born brand, branch of the historical Italian Redepaolini S.p.A., specialized in the production of socks and hosiery, commissioned the development of a new collection aiming to propose a new and innovative way of interpreting an evergreen item. We came up with the idea of using silk-screen printing, typically used for kids’ and women’s hosieries, for the production of men’s apparel, developing an industrial-dandy accessory which could benefit from the high-paced detailed printing offered from the technology, re-interpreted with the typical all-over pattern style used in the design of ties.
